"Patrick and his wife were excellent hosts ... happy and helpful. The Hotel is walking distance to the city. It is very clean and comfortable. 24 hour security. Good breakfast, too. I would stay there again."

"Didn't realize this was the same horrible "management" as for prior stay, so endured same horrible property conditions again. Much equipment didn't work, NO attempt to fix anything, rude "help", no airport meet as promised, no change of linens after 2 days, (as promised!). I'd never stay at any of these "Suites" properties in Quito ever again & strongly recommend all these be avoided, so they don't ruin other people's trips as they did mine."

"This hotel is always a pleasure to stay at. It is 10 minutes to the airport. Try the restaurant at the top. It has amazing views of the mountains, a full playground with an elevated playhouse for children wooden chair swings for all ages, airplanes going over nearby to land delicious food indoor/outdoor seating. "We chose the lodge on the recommendation of our tour guide company as a retreat to chill out after a busy 8 days visiting the Galapagos and Amazonia. It was indeed a relaxing location where my wife took advantage of the resort spa and I was able to enjoy the scenic walks and spot a few bird varieties. The food and hospitality was good. A few of the treks were restricted and that was the only negative point."
