"Didn't realize this was the same horrible "management" as for prior stay, so endured same horrible property conditions again. Much equipment didn't work, NO attempt to fix anything, rude "help", no airport meet as promised, no change of linens after 2 days, (as promised!). I'd never stay at any of these "Suites" properties in Quito ever again & strongly recommend all these be avoided, so they don't ruin other people's trips as they did mine."

"Absolutely wonderful property! I can’t imagine staying anywhere else. I booked very last minute and late at night and the owner had arranged for a taxi to pick me up from airport after midnight. I was the only one staying there which is a shame since this place is such a deal. Lovely 6 bedroom home, comfortable beds, brand new bathroom. Nice common area. Breakfast was simple but delicious. "We chose the lodge on the recommendation of our tour guide company as a retreat to chill out after a busy 8 days visiting the Galapagos and Amazonia. It was indeed a relaxing location where my wife took advantage of the resort spa and I was able to enjoy the scenic walks and spot a few bird varieties. The food and hospitality was good. A few of the treks were restricted and that was the only negative point."
