Every staff member went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless. Their genuine kindness and attentiveness made us feel not just like a guest but truly at home. The dining experience was another highlight—each meal was a masterpiece, blending exquisite flavours with artistic presentation. The overall hotel’s ambiance, whether in the elegant dining area and the indoor swimming pool was stunningly pleasing. "An exceptional property and 5 star service at every level. The spa is a beautiful oasis, all staff went above and beyond in all departments. I arranged for a direct transfer from the airport to the hotel and it was worth every penny after a long journey from Canada. The drivers who work with the hotel are amazing. The breakfast options are fresh and plentiful, and the service was excellent. Gozo is a beautiful island and I highly recommend a stay at the Kempinski. 10/10 will absolutely return. "

"A fabulous family run hotel with gorgeous views of xlendi. Wonderful pools and breakfast every morning and very easy to walk to town to purchase groceries or go to restaurants. Easy enough to hire a car or cab to get around Gozo but far enough away from the noise that you feel like you can actually relax. "
