"Check in was easy and quick. All staff were friendly, efficient, and had knowledge needed to give me the support I needed. I stayed on a non-smoking floor and rooms/hallways had no smoke smell. Casino floor had non-smoking areas but still had significant smoke in air. Holtel right on water and easy access to river taxis. Location was central to many entertainments. Beds were comfortable. "

"Great property, we loved the location dinning options and the room itself. We felt right at home. The only thing I didn’t care and I thought was a little much was $69 a night to park/valet my car with them! I understand the convenience of it but when I can pay for 2 nights across the street for one night there something is wrong. Other than that the staff were awesome and I’ll definitely be back some time soon!"

"We were offered a discounted upgrade upon check in. It was my birthday and we were excited to accept. The riom was spacious with an amazing view. Breakfast was delicious. My only complaint wasn't really the hotels fault but a little communication would have been helpful. We traveled out to the suburbs for a day trip. When we tried to return they had shut down the entire city for a Mexican Independence parade. Entering the city was not possible until 4am. Locals planned this fir months it was on every local news outlet for weeks, but coming from another state we had no way of knowing or predicting that exit ramos from the highway would be blocked. A small write up about what to expect slipped under the door or given with keys would have allowed us to sleep in the room we paid for that night rather then in our car on I90/I94. Otherwise, a completely amazing stay."
