"Housekeepers were excellent. All inclusive and I got very sick with food poisoning on day six. Spent last two days in bed. Did not leave the resort and only ate there. "

"The hotel was Great. Food was ok the drinks were horrible though watered down and some tasted like chemicals. Entertainment was ok. December is a good time to avoid big crowds."

"We loved our stay at the Azul Ixtapa Grande! It was so quiet when we were in our room and the view from our room was incredible. The fine dining restaurants were great and there was good food at the general buffet. The staff...everyone and everywhere....were excellent, so attentive and ready to serve! Make sure you tip frequently because they deserve it! "

"En general estoy muy satisfecha con mi estancia en este hotel, sólo quiero dar mi opinión sobre la comida en el restaurante Colores y es que es malísima, tanto el desayuno como la cena, la comida es mala, sin sabor, sin variedad. El restaurante de especialidad Oyster me encantó y me arrepentí de no haber reservado otra noche ahí... la comida es muy buena, la vista inmejorable, la atención excelente; quedé encantada también con la cafetería, los postres y latte's que sirven buenísimo, la comida...

"Upon arrival you are greeted with smiles and helpful staff to gather luggage and help you to check you in. English speaking friendly staff in the front of the hotel. Unfortunately you are then inundated with staff required to offer you specials and deals they offer through the hotel, and do not take “no” for an answer easily. Throughout the rest of your stay anytime you walk through the front to the elevator to get to your room, you will be offered deals and promotions. This gets very tiresome...
