"We had a warm greeting, Mariam and Marwan were incredibly hospitable. The room was adorable and we ate dinner that night on the roof,delicious. We left super early the next the morning but the young clerk ( didn’t catch his name) took such good care of us. He brought down our luggage, prepared a light breakfast and walked us to the pick up spot for the safari. I mean who even does that????? The only negatives were we booked a massage and scrub at the riad and it was sooooooo cold it was not...

"We loved the staff and decor of Riad Rodaina. It's a challenge to navigate the souk alleys, but once we figured it out it was fun. The room was smaller than expected, but beautiful and comfortable. The staff did everything they could to make ourc stay special."

"Excellent location, in a fairly quiet area, within easy walking distance to Medina. The staff were excellent, the Hamam and massage deal was exceptional and rejuvenating. Definitely would stay here again."

"First of all, the staff is just the best. The riad itself is just as it looks in the photos. I had the room off the main room and it was quiet. I could hear the rooster and birds chirping and loved it. The bed was comfortable, I had all I needed. Wi-fi was great and they have WINE The staff wants you to feel like a family member in their home and they do just that. "Great service. Yoseff was a wonderful host and always attended to our needs. The rooms are cozy with a warm welcoming style. Breakfast was delicious and the common area was a soothing retreat from the bustling streets. One of our rooms had a musty smell, it may not have been used in a while. The other room was wonderful."

"Very friendly staff, and great breakfast and room but the area is not easy to reach by cab especially during the day and walking around at night does not feel that safe especially if you are not with a group. Also getting inside the hotel at night was not easy without an outdoor key. "

"the Riad was a great experience to live like a Morrocan for a few days, the riad has less room than typical hotel, so it makes it more boutique feel. we love the rooftop terrace to enjoy at night, the hotel decoration is perfect. the host were very attentive and has personal touch, if we need anything, the host always try their best to help us out. "Excellent RIAD with very professional, polite, and helpful staff members who made it a very enjoyable and personal experience for my family and I. My only dislike was that due to some construction around the RIAD it was hard to navigate through the broken streets and sidewalks as it was still under development and construction. "

"I had the pleasure of visiting Riu Tikida Palmerai during my stay in January. The weather was perfect for sun bathing at around 20-25 degrees most days along with offering amazing facilities like football, volleyball and table tennis. The gardens in the hotel are beautiful even as someone who doesn’t appreciate scenery these were a must look. I honestly don’t understand why people complain about the food obviously it’s not restaurant level but it does the job, they rotate some food on a daily basis and you can choose from the three restaurants in the evening but you also have to try some spots outside of the hotel, as the Moroccan food cannot be missed! The only thing I could fault from the hotel is the employees seemed a bit boring not really showing much emotion but that isn’t an issue that should turn you away as the hotel offers way more than what it’s valued out and you should definitely give it a try if your visiting the beautiful country of Morocco."

"What a good Moroccan experience if you like a Hotel with traditional furniture and décor. The staff is absolutely wonderful, Abbas and Mouad are excellent people. Always making sure you are been taken care of. Being in the heartof Jema-al-fena, its walking distance to shopping, dining, Koutobia mosque and Bahia Palace. Interestingly enough a lot of tours start from this place so ease of access for Marakesh day trips. Its a hustling bustling area with lots of performances and shows. Like any other city you need to be aware of your surroundings. "

"I was traveling for a month to different countries, and this was by far the most amazing place we stayed at! The service was impeccable and everyone there was so pleasant, from welcoming us in our first day there to seeing us off safely on our last day with our very early morning flight! Selma at the front desk, Youssef (both of them!) Mohammad (both of them) and Younes, thank you! And to any others I may have missed. The room was so clean, so spacious, and the Riad itself was kept with such care and attentiveness by everyone there - it showed. I would stay here again for sure! We absolutely loved it! Especially for the price!!"

Best place to stay with family

"Accomodation was far better than i expected. Its a new property. Staff were friendly. If i remember his name was Yaseed. He took care of our requests. The other guy came to me to show me shop nearby. Flat had a fridge, over, kitchen utensils, washing machine... Huge space for a family. I am really impressed with my stay. The flat was at Palmier near to a pizza shop called Cucina Napoli. And also walkable distance from Palmier clinique(if someone wants to get taxi from Railway station). Thank you Palmier residence for your hospitality."
