"Room could have been more handicap friendly. Not enough space for normal folks, but anyone with disabilities it’s extremely difficult. However staff was extra helpful & benevolent. Breakfast was great. Could have changed menus day to day. "

"The hotel was lovely. It’s located in a great part of the city, many restaurants, museums and shopping. Also close to the Tube station. The staff were very attentive and helpful in whatever we needed. Only one downside for me was the mattress was harder and my hips hurt."

"Best location, walking distance to tube station within zone 1 and direct line to Heathrow airport. Several dinning options, from eco-budget friendly to refined. Supermarkets (several!) within walking distance. Rooms are a reasonable size for a longer stay, the fridge in the room is super handy to have to keep food and drinks. Bed was VERY comfortable, room was very quiet at night, we had wonderful sleep. "
