"Loved the small, quaint grounds with its brick paths and white lights at night in the trees. Staff was always very friendly and extremely helpful. Even when i put my do not disturb tag on the door, i received a text to confirm I did not want service that day and asked if there was anything I needed. Breakfast was delicious!"

"Although we were only at The Marker for one night, it was a great experience. We did arrive earlier than check in time and our rooms were not ready, but it was ready only an hour later. The rooms were clean, with stocked mini bar, fridge, and complimentary water and bathroom products. The terrace was a lovely feature. We did go down to the pool area before dinner and learned that the pool closes at dusk, and the bar closes at 6:00pm. That was disappointing. The location was ideal right on the...

"Beautiful luxurious hotel on the water. Our room had a lovely balcony with a view where we had room service breakfast. Staff were excellent. We walked down Duval Street and all around town."
