"Room I stayed had beautiful view of ski resort, but it was very quiet, also how they arranged the bathroom and toilet and wash basins was very nice to shared by two persons and with privacy. Also hotel offered very nice public bath, which I would like to recommand very highly. However, choice of food could of been wider, but all and all this place was alot better located and offed better food than other hotels I stayed at Karuizawa before."

"We spent two nights at this hotel in a Japanese style room. We found the room comfortable and spacious. I very much enjoyed the public bath in the hotel and visited AM and PM for a relaxing soak. The hotel is a quirky mix of modern and traditional and we appreciated this.We had a wonderful breakfast buffet each morning in the hotel restaurant and the staff was always gelpful and kind. "Hotel was about a 15 minute walk from railway station. Check in was good. We had room 815 it was facing the water. Beds firm and were able to get bigger firmer pillows. Room size was comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful lots of choices."

"Awesome ski in and out property, if you take the train and get off at the closest station they have a shuttle bus that takes you to the resort"
