"The place is well kept and very clean. Our check-in person was great. Same experience on checkout. Everyone we spoke to in housekeeping was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. It has an average pool area, but it is ok for the location. The immediate grounds surrounding the Hotel premises is what you expect in a busy area."

"The shuttle to the casino was very convenient the shuttle driver went out of his way to accommodate our group. The people in rooms near ours was smoking marijuana on their balcony and the smoke is pulled into our room by the air conditioner. We will not be staying there again due to the smoke being so strong and we both have jobs where we get tested for drugs screening."

"Very nice property, the building is newer and looks to be in good shape. The rooms are comfortable and the beds were very comfortable. The only downside was the shower, the finishing touches appeared incomplete. The water pressure was less than impressive, no matter how far you turn the handle the flow is weak."

"Well, whoever the bartender was for prying. Theater night was very horrible, didn't pay attention. I saved her for over an hour and a 1/2, just to have a meal in one beer, just too busy talking to other people and playing on Her phone very disappointing. Needless to say, she really wasn't just good 'cause of her service and I usually get very good. I believe in kicking over service, I own my own bar back home so Very, very disappointed sidesad, everything else, this great care"

"This is the first time at Residence Inn Zephyrhills FL. We could not believe how many people with dogs. We stay at a number of places that allow dogs and hardly see them when there. We thought there was a limit of 2 dogs per room but we saw people going in with 3. They are disrespectful to people not liking or allergic to dogs.
