"I had an amazing stay at BB Puerta del Sol! This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. First and foremost, the cleanliness was impeccable. The room was spotless, and it was clear that the staff takes great pride in maintaining the hotel. One of the best features of the hotel is how super quiet it is. Despite being so close to the bustling center of the city, my room felt like an oasis of peace, allowing me to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing. The bed was absolutely amazing – incredibly comfortable and cozy, which made it hard to leave in the morning! I woke up every day feeling refreshed and ready to explore the city. A lovely touch was the daily delivery of fresh bread, donuts, and water right to my door every morning. It was such a nice surprise and the perfect start to my day. The staff were incredibly friendly and always available to help with any requests. They made me feel very welcome, and their warm hospitality really enhanced my experience. Lastly, the location is perfect – just a short walk from the city center, so everything is easily accessible. Whether you want to explore the shops, restaurants, or historical sites, you're right in the heart of it all. Overall, I highly recommend BB Puerta del Sol for anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and comfortable stay in a prime location with fantastic service!"

"Excellent location, beautiful hotel, lovely room. One female staff member at reception was particularly wonderful, wish I knew her name. We were given an upgraded room at no extra charge. Large breakfast buffet but pricey. Couldn’t use the rooftop lounge area due to weather and construction."

"Fantastic stay at this amazing property. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and charming. The hotel room was beautiful and the breakfast & coffee were top notch. The rooftop patio is amazing and has a great vibe. Great location in the Salamanca district. Close enough to the center that I could walk to Parque El Retiro, but at the same time, the perfect distance outside the center to ensure peace and quiet at night. Would definitely stay here again! "
