"The staff is extremely hospitable & the room size is generous which makes up for the shabbiness of the property. We stayed 10 days and only one elevator functioning the entire time. Midway through the stay elevator would not stop on our floor. We were relocated to a room that did not have as nice of a view. The bathroom is black tile, but a portion was repaired with white grout. The property does not merit a resort fee, nor being classed as Small Luxury Hotel by Hilton."

"Solid stay, would consider again I had a good experience at The Ridge Hotel. The bed was just okay, but I still slept well, which is what matters most. There’s a bar across the street that plays loud music, but it quieted down around 11 p.m., so it didn’t bother me too much. The location is great — super convenient. There was a bit of rust in the bathroom, but aside from that, everything was fine. Overall, a decent stay."
