"Great hotel! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Make sure if you book the bunk beds room that you’re comfortable with whoever you’re sharing the room with as the bathroom has frosted glass walls and the door doesn’t close completely. Location was fantastic and walls were very soundproof. I will definitely stay here again on future trips."

"Great New York experience!!! Everyone employed at hotel and restaurants in hotel were just amazing!! So very nice, friendly & accommodating. The location is perfect, easy walking distance to Macys, Madison Square Garden and tons more! Inside hotel room was nearly silent, so soundproof! We slept great. Parking garage less than a block that gives huge discount for hotel patrons (get ticket validated upon check out). Will absolutely be staying here on our future visits!! "
