"We arrived at approximately 4:00pm to check in and were met with an awkward reaction. For some reason this hotel has checkin only at 9:00pm, and we missed that note during booking. They made an exception and accommodated us as an exception. Never heard of a hotel only allowing checkin as of 9:00pm. The room was amazing, but because we were located right next to reception, there was lots of noise all night."

"It was one of the best hotels i have stayed in around pozzuoli. The owners and staff were fantastic couldn't do enough for you.the views where to die for with the whole of the bay infront of you from my bedroom window. The restaurant was fantastic to with so many things to chose from .cant thank everyone enough. See you soon .domenico and Gemma "

"The room was very dirty and full of dust when we arrived. The lady at the reception was unnecessarily aggresive, rolling her eyes when we asked her any questions and made us feel very uneasy. She was completely unapproachable and did not welcome any questions. We stayed four nights and no cleaner turned up at all. There was no kettle and we were advised to take the rubbish ourselves to the neighbouring bin area. One of the aircons did not work and were advised that this aircon never works. She said this is a good quality residence for the money we paid. Unbelievable response to a customer from a hotel/residence operator. Would not recommend to anyone. MOREOVER THE NEIGHBOURHOOD WAS VERY POOR DANGROUS AND FULL OF DRUNK PEOPLE. Not suitable for families!!!!! WHEN WE ASKED FOR NEW BEDSHEETS WE WERE TOLD IT COMES AT EXTRA COSTS and in any case NON AVAILABLE! One of the pillows had been ripped and had stains all over it. Receptionist said don’t use it but cannot replace! NO AMENITIES IN THE AREA! OVERALL VERY DIRTY, UMPROFESSIONAL, DISCOURTEOUS, UNPLEASANT, and NOT SUITABLE FOR FAMILIES OR ANYONE TO WHOM CLEANLINESS IS IMPORTANT! STAY AWAY AND DO NOT USE! Can provide photos if requested of the dirt our shocks collected each day from floors!"
