"Pro: The front desk was very helpful and very quick resolving a payment issue. Con: There was a blood spot on the sheets and the loo paper was almost empty. No tissues in the room Pro: Front desk was quick as a whip fixing the problem! "

"Externally, looks like an old 70’s office block but it’s really a little gem of a place for anyone on a low budget. Good transport links, some shops and a few reasonable pubs. "

"Very clean, beautiful hotel room. Very spacious, comfortable bed. Turn down service was unexpected but a nice touch. Nice extra touches - bath salts and snacks. Decor of the room and hotel was gorgeous throughout. Breakfast was well set out and delicious. We had a drink in the Refuge bar too, which is stunning and relaxing. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and polite especially Sharon at Reception- fantastic customer service. Can’t fault anything- absolutely fabulous hotel. "
