"Great hotel to spend time with family although rooms in need of some attention. Took three visits to reception to get maintenance to put a seal around shower door to prevent water running out of bsthroom into hotel room. Resteraunt had a good varied selection daily and staff very attentive especially Mohammed and Mr Samir the Resteraunt manager.Water park slides could also do with some extra checks to find small points with rough joints causing small abrasions/cuts.Nightime entertainment ok but...

"This was a fabulous "camp" with super comfortable and clear tents that were air conditioned. The pool was amazing, as was the tent for meals. It was a small camp, which made it quiet and peaceful"

"It is a very peaceful place for a quiet holiday. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The food however was poor. All there was to offer was Tanjin beef/chicken/veg. Nothing more. Got tired of it after the 1st time i had it. Its fine for 1 day but nothing more than that. They need to offer their guest more especially when there's no other place to dine nearby."

"Clean Lovely property in Riad style. Rooms are cosy with large double bed and a reading nook. This reading nook was my most favourite part of the room. The hammam was very nice and services offered in spa was decent variety. The Hammam service itself was really good and relaxing. "When you arrive the property itself is great. Clean, food is great, rooms are large. It's essentially a large Riad. On the Expedia website it's said free shuttle to airport. When we arrived they denied this and said is was Expedia's fault. They refused to acknowledge the error. I even showed them the add but it made no difference. So add an Extra 60 Euros to the price of the room if you were expecting a shuttle. "

We got a very small and very dark room with a small window facing some back ruins while our friends got a room which was twice bigger, brighter, with a nicer bathroom and view for the same price. "Abdul and everyone else at the riad were very helpful and friendly. We organised an airport pickup and Ismail was waiting right outside even though our flight was delayed and it took ages to get through security. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast was also huge and tasty! All in all, it’s a clean, friendly and great value!"

Mostly perfect stay

"Everything was lovely....except....both mornings that I was there, there was a knocking sound at 6:30 am which woke me, which sounded like someone was already doing works in the rooms above me. I complained the second morning. The location is very convenient, everyone was very friendly, and the service was excellent."

Lovely stay, fantastic hotel

"Our stay at the Savoy Le Grand was terrific. The hotel is modern and clean, and our spacious and well-appointed room (King Room Prestige). It is a short taxi ride from the airport, and most attractions are within 30-40 minutes walking distance. There are some nice restaurants and cafes around the hotel, which is also attached to a shopping mall"

"A very peaceful retreat, away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre. There is a shuttle bus that takes us to and from the centre without extra charge which is very convenient. We enjoyed the aqua park, indoor jacuzzi & pool in addition to the spa facilities. lunch and dinner was delicious and varied. They had some tasty offerings. Breakfast was also great. Overall our experience was very positive and we left feeling invigorated. I highly recommend and would certainly stay again. Thalib at reception was very welcoming and friendly, we felt very cared for and looked after by the Eden staff. The view to the garden from our room was very picturesque and peaceful. Well done Eden !! "
