"This hotel is well positioned for visiting Marakech. A 20 minute walk from the square & medina. Our room was spacious and clean. The bed and bedding were wonderful. We were on the 5th floor so there was noise from the 6th floor deck bar but it did not impede sleep. The included breakfast was good. The food in the sky bar area was tasty and good value and the service was really good. All the staff were friendly and efficient. We stayed an extra night after an Intrepid tour. "

"I arrived late at night around 1am. After a long travel , my first interaction at the es saadi hotel was with the guy at the lobby. I entered smiling and he had absolutely 0 bit of positive energy. He was not smiling and was giving me attitude a soon as i enteree. I even said hello and he did not answer me. Just looking at me waiting for me to talk. I started telling him i wanted to check in he asked for my passport. So i look for my passport and then i realize I forgot my passport at casablanca...
