"Booked a family room for 1 night. The room was massive and clean with 2 separate sub rooms. The look and features of the property is dated, but it was more than comfortable enough for all of us. And for the amount charged, I would say it was excellent value for money. Location is also amazing. "

"This hotel is very conveniently located for events at Spark Arena, about a 3min walk, if that. Also less than 10min to bottom of Queen Street and Britomart / Commercial Bay shopping. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. The only negative was the inconsistency of timing for room service, every day we ended up being in the room when they came to change the towels, etc. But the staff were all extremely nice when we interacted with them.
