"Ticks all the boxes for an airport hotel. All services and staff in the hotel itself are excellent. But the shuttle service is quirky with poor instructions about airport pick up location for unfamiliar guests Shuttle service seems also to be involved in pick up and drop off of private tours, creating confusion for those awaiting transportation to the airport. In my experience the driver was worse than useless in explaining which bus was private and which was the airport shuttle. "

"Stay was wonderful. Bedding was good. Room was spacious and bathroom clean and adequate. The only thing i was surprised is with parking fee of $10NZD per day. Either it was not mentioned or i didn't read the fine print. "
