"Everything was great the only issue was housekeeping did not clean the room or replace the toilet paper clean the coffee cups and the coffee machine didn’t work. Spoke to reception and they did follow up the following day with better service "

"No parking near hotel if u have car or friends visiting with a car u can't park They got like 2 parking for hotel staff only So don't come with a car Reception staff rooms facilities location all great "

"The service was good, fast and straightforward. The location is good if you are attending an event at the Congress Centre opposite to the hotel. However, it isn’t great if you arrive at night in public transport. "

"This was a lovely place though it was farther than I thought from city centre and not convenient to get around. Only there 1 night so OK but I had to use taxi to and from train station. "

"The room was spacious and comfortable. It was an extremely busy time for the hotel with a major exposition at the Fiera. The staff handled it incredibly well, smiling and helpful at all times and making us feel very welcome. The breakfast was terrific with fresh items and a great variety. The restaurant was also very good. "

"Close to the airport. Wonderful restaurant and cafeteria/bakery right across the street. Would recommend staying here if travelling from the Linate airport"

"In general I like this hotel. It was my second stay there. They have a lovely breakfast and the area is very good for both walkability and transportation. I did have an issue with the curtains in my superior room. They would not close over the dramatic double height window, so sleeping was going to be a problem. They were only able to downgrade my room due to current availability, but I did have a good nights sleep and I would recommend room 403, which is a standard double."
