"Our second time staying there. We love it. Especially the help of Dom. Whatever we needed he made sure we get it. Checking in the second time was fast but the room wasn’t ready yet, so we had to wait. They said it will be done in 10 minutes. We waited for about 30. After receiving they key to the room we made our way up, ready to refresh ourselves ( we had a long day traveling from Battambang back to Phnom Penh) So as we got to our room opened the door and room was a mess. It wasn’t done. March my way back home and to the receptionist. She apologized and got on the walker right away, we said that it was ok, that we’ll grab some food at the restaurant while we wait again. She keep apologizing. As we sat down eating another person a trainee came to us and gave us our room key. That was only downfall we had staying there. As for the food… We’re do I begin. Ughh it was delicious. Dom worked at the restaurant durning the day/ lunch then bar upstairs at the pool. He is such a hardworking guy. Who truly cares for the guest. "

"What a fantastic hotel. The staff were excellent and the location and facilities were of equal standard. The pool area and the sky bar were a particular highlight. Excellent prices in both the pool bar and sky bar during happy hour was a great bonus. Stayed for 4 nights out of a three week tour and this was the best hotel of our holiday. "

"This hotel was very modern abd clean i thought it was new but it was 3 years old. Staff were friendly. They closed the road right in front of the hotel on Saturday and Sunday for the walking street. So it was easy to walk to restaurants and the market. "

"Lovely hotel in a quiet street. Two blocks away from the Royal Palace so an easy walk. Super roof top pool overlooking the city. Staff were excellent. Highly recommended. "

"The hotel is in a great location - close to the Royal Palace, Sisowath Walk and central to many attractions. The staff are attentive, helpful and looked after us very well. Our room was spacious, clean and welcoming. It was on the ground floor next to the pool so great to access the outside space. The pool area is wonderful with plenty of space to relax, plenty of greenery to provide shade and a great place for breakfast. Excellent selection of fresh juices available and plenty of options to eat at breakfast (poached eggs and omelette from the eggs chef particularly good!)."
