"Staff was very nice and accommodating. Easy check-in process. The room was clean. The mattress was hard for my own preference. The property is centrally located within Old City. Walkable to the temples within the city and to the Sunday Night Market. Getting around was also very easily. The complimentary breakfast was smaller but food was terrific. The pool was rather cool and the gym was small with dated equipment. However, we really enjoyed our stay. "

"The map location on Hotels.com is incorrect. The hotel is actually on the Southeast side of town, not the west side (i.e. farther from the action), so that was frustrating. Otherwise, the hotel was great. The pool was strategically shaded, which made it quite refreshing to jump into given the warm temperatures. Breakfast buffet had lots of options. "

"Great hotel in an excellent location. It was less than an 10 minute walk to the Sunday night market. Lots of cafes/ restaurants in the vicinity. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. There was a good choice of items for breakfast, including an egg station, and different items every day. The room was large and the bed very comfortable. Our only disappointment was that the pools were freezing, we couldn’t enjoy a swim they were so cold. "
