"Stayed 4 nights at Banthai Village in the deluxe room near the pool. It is a cozy boutique hotel away from the bustling streets yet safe and walkable to old city, Chinatown and the night markets. Excellent hotel to enjoy quiet sleep, greenery and staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel provides mosquito repellent but still got bitten outside the room especially during rainy days. Floor in the room can be slippery but slippers are provided. Water pressure from the shower head is inconsistent....

"We loved everything about our stay. Check in was fast and efficient. We had apartment 5 and it was perfect. On the top floor, two large bedrooms, two bathrooms, living space and kitchenette, with the balcony’s. The staff was very sweet and we had our laundry done across with Ann’s laundry right out front. "Apart from good location and unique design. There are few areas could be improved. It's very hard to communicate to staffs both in Thai and English even though they are friendly. Only few staffs can communicate. The check-in counter is not dedicated to guest check-in but also used for staff's admin task.
