"Me and my husband went to Madrid for a weekend from the US and decided to stay at this hotel. The staff was absolutely amazing. The room was clean, beds are comfortable and most importantly I felt safe. There’s a sports bar with rooftop and we stayed in the 6th floor and heard no noises in our room. The hotel is located in the center of La Gran Via which is very convenient. There’s stores, restaurants everywhere around this area. I would recommend this hotel 10/10! "

"The street to access the hotel is very busy but the inside of hotel was exceptionally quiet. Liked the extra of free coffee/tea, fresh fruit & croissants for breakfast. "Spent 8 nights in total in a city view room. It was surprisingly quiet and peaceful to sleep at night considering how busy Grand Via is. The pro of being so centrally located also makes it a bit of a con when you’re tired at the end of a busy day exploring and have to dodge waves of people coming at you to get back to your hotel. The breakfast was perfect with plenty of selection. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The room was large with plenty of storage. I wouldn’t want to stay...
