"My family of 5 (myself, husband, 15 year old daughter, 14 year old son, and 8 year old son) loved that this resort had something for everyone. I have never stayed at a resort like this one. The property was beautiful. It felt like you were walking through a jungle. Beautiful trees, cenotes, ruins, and monkeys. The only 2 things I would say are that the beach is not great for snorkeling and is not the type you can walk out far in clear turqoise water. There is an area that is available for swimming but it's not very deep or clear but suitable for children. The other thing would be the food. There's nothing special about it. I was expecting better from Mexico. The fruit was amazing especially the mango and pineapple. "

"I had gotten a deal off Expedia and it was my first ever trip, plane and all. I can say it was a smooth process checking in and checking out. All the staff we met even just passing by walking around the resort were very kind and helpful, the bar staff especially at the lobby keep it lively, there's many food options I would say the coffee is a must try, although I was a bit confused with the difference in Canadian beef compared to in mexico but all in all was still amazing in its own way. The drinks were strong but they had no issue lessing it for me,, I loved my room I stayed out on that balcony each night for hours and the morning sunrise beeming through the glass doors each morning felt like a fairy tale for me, so much nature and wildlife living free and roaming around. I wish I could come back right now and explore more !"
