"Right in the heart of historic Porto this hotel was brilliant. The room was massive, with all sorts of complimentary items that make for a special stay. The room was very clean too. Breakfast was fantastic and they even disinfect the highchair then wrap in clean film; very efficient. The staff were great and we had a complimentary bottle of wine that evening. "What we liked is that this was a real neighborhood, not just a tourist area. It was an easy walk from the main train station connecting to Lisbon. the hotel itself is spanking brand new and the bed was big and comfortable. Also less than two blocks away was an amazing local bakery (Chicana) which was amazingly cheap for that quality of pastries, bread and coffee. Their English is limited, but you will be fine. "Like the premier location, everything else about this hotel is first-class, from the friendly and helpful staff to the sumptuous breakfast, comfortable and spacious remodeled rooms (ours had a view over the Duoro) and multiple little lounge areas. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else."

"El hotel nos encantó, el personal muy amables ,siempre atentos a nuestras necesidades en todo momento y un hotel muy lindo y centrico , el desayuno magnifico. Si queria expilicar que pedimos un taxi para el aereopuerto desde el hotel para el 13 de enero a las 9y30 am y nos preocupó porque el taxita no puso el taxímetro y cuando llegamos al aereopuerto nos cobró 35 euros y no nos dio comprobante , no se si esto es correcto Quiero aclarar que el hotel no tiene que ver con esto solamente ellos nos solicitaron el taxi."
