"It was ideal for our holiday, very quiet relaxing, pool very nice. If you wanted to stroll down to the front it was a 10 minute walk till you arrived at the Casino and restaurants, or €3 in a taxi to Matagorda or Los pocillos. "

"WOW!!!! Fantastic apartments. Spotlessly clean. We had a ground floor 2bed apartment at the pool. We had 3 apartments. All spotless. Pool area clean and plenty of sunbeds (no sunbed wars!!). Sheets & towels changed and pool towels supplied as well. What can I say about the bar/restaurant - FABULOUS. Staff are amazing and make you feel very welcome. Happy Hour every day. "Absolutely shocking apartment, no fans or air conditioning, no clean towels , even had to go out and buy toilet paper as it wasn’t replaced. Cleaners never made beds , I think all they did was to flick a mop around. Reception only open at odd hours , charged for safe , charged for Wi-Fi which was in and out all the time . Pool nice , but a real bad drain smell near sun beds . Apartment was really tired and grubby , the whole place is in dire need of a refurbishment, paint peeling every where...

Professional staff, great location and values

"We stayed during Christmas period and really appreciate the hard work of all staff at reception, restaurant etc to provide normal desk service, cleaning of our room, pool, and various kind of activities. Our door lock is also quickly repaired. They are very professional and friendly. It makes our holiday a pleasant stay. Even our room is not the modern style, we are very happy with the layout with a living room and beautiful seaview/pool view at balcony. Great location, easy to walk around and we also took free shuttle to Playa Grande. "
