"Very nice hotel with friendly staff and nice views of the city. Our room was very comfortable and quiet despite it being on a busy city street. Loading zone in front of hotel is cramped and could be managed better. There is a city parking garage behind the hotel that charges $8.00 a night if your out by 6:AM If not its another 8.00. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we will be back."

"an unusual sharing of a high rise with 2 hotels and a public entrance way. Front desk employee gave excellent service. the breakfast was below what i usually see in Hamptons. ran out of coffee, limited selections. very quiet until middle of night fight between 2 females in hallway. great location for touring the historic spots in downtown Richmond. Beds and room amenties very nice. "
