"The food was the biggest disappointment, even at the a la carte restaurants. Restaurant staff seemed (especially the hostesses) disorganized and not motivated. Route 66 was completely uneditable. The Mexican hot dogs at the poolside bbq were the best food all week. The room and view was very nice, but unfortunately I will not be returning to this resort. "
