The sliding door in the room didn't lock properly and the safebox malfunctioned during our stay. In addition, it was a challenge to get towels and an umbrella at the pool."

"The trapeze. This activity was unique and amazing. Overall very clean property. We were only visiting for 2.5 days and the staff were kind enough to get us a restaurant reservation even though it was full. We were also vegetarian and the chef made us a special Mexican meal without meat at the regular cafe.as it was hard for us to find options that were not mixed or alongside meat. Kids loved all the activities and the staff were amazing. I highly recommend this resort."
