"Our 2nd trip to this resort. The beach is smooth but the rain kicked up the seaweed from the previous week so we mostly stayed by the pool, except for daily walks. Pools were clean with plenty of chairs and poolside service. Many options to choose. Plenty of entertainment at the swim up bar pool but we chose the quieter one. Made many friends. All staff was very friendly. We dislike the constant push to upgrade or buy a membership. They need to tone that down. A great place we would...

"We have stayed at this property 8 times. Really love the resort and choices it offered. This was the most crowded it has ever been when we were there and it did seem like they could really use some more bartenders, servers and chairs around the pool. The lines were rather bad. Our VIP benefits weren't quite as good this time- we never got a bottle of wine in the room as before. "

"The staff and concierges were super helpful with anything we needed throughout the trip! The resort allowed for a lot of privacy in our villa and allowed us to truly relax. They even spoiled us with an upgrade to help us celebrate our 20th anniversary and baby moon! Only thing I would add is a good coffee shop!"

The rooms are comfortable, the food and drinks available are more than sufficient and if you can get into the Teppanyaki restaurant, that is a MUST! We had a fabulous holiday."
