"The staff truly went above and beyond for us. We arrived just before midnight, exhausted from our travels, and they greeted us with warm smiles and great service. They quickly guided us through check-in, empathetic to our fatigue, and took the time to show us to our room so we could rest. A few hours later, at 4:30 am, we were pleasantly surprised by a delicious breakfast that gave us the energy we needed for our next flight. The venue and amenities were wonderful, but it was the incredible staff who made our experience truly memorable. Their kindness and understanding made all the difference during our stay."

"The staff was marvelous, and did a great job making us feel at home. The complimentary breakfast was also excellent - leaps and bounds what you would expect at a Holiday Inn in America. The room was small, but there were very accessible outlets and outlets with USB ports, and while I didn’t use it, the view from the 15th floor gym was excellent (you get a partial look at Table Mountain). Minor issues aside, this was a great place to stay at a great price, a short and cheap Uber-ride away from the V&A and two blocks from a major stop on the CitySightseeing bus path."

"This hotel has been renovated since the first time we stayed here. The location is excellent. We always stay here because of the easy access to the hotel and mostly for the walking distance to the V&A Waterfront for shopping and restaurants. "
