"We contacted the hotel to see if we could drop off our bags early and they said yes. When we arrived 2 hours early, our room was ready so we were allowed to check in then which was a pleasant surprise! They had free bottles of water in the room for us and bedroom shoes. The staff was very friendly and they did a great job in cleaning our room. The hotel was beautiful and we had a pleasant stay."

"Ehat an amazing find. This is slap bang in the middle of Florence but like a little retreat tucked away behind double doors. Its a 2.minute walk to the cathedral and on one of the main shopping streets. Its up a couple of flights of stairs but once up its a little sanctuary. I found the room to be clean, well equipped and modern. The shower was powerful and theres a nespresso coffee machine in the room. Breakfast orders were taken upon arrival and they offered some dinner recommendations too....

"The view to the Duomo is incredible. I stayed during Christmas and New Years. There were a lot of tourists even though it is off season. There is a lot of Italian merry making in the wee hours. This did not bother me since most of the time it was happy noise. I already miss the sounds of horse hooves on cobblestone, churchbells and opera man. The staff are incredibly helpful and knowlegeble. Special kudos to Marcel and Gilles. Everyone there works very hard for you to have a nice stay."
