"We had a wonderful stay ! Even though our stay was cut short due to delayed incoming flight to florence , we were greeted very nicely by the hotel staff. The hotel itself has beautiful decor - both lobby and the rooms we were offered. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Florence and would love to stay again."

"This property was incredible. Thankful to finally get rid of rental car with tricky driving situation on small city streets, and walk the amazing streets of Florence. Loved the breakfast, fresh squeezed juice, ample options for healthy eating. Rooms were perfect. Workout room very good. Service and staff very helpful and attentive.
