"This is a great hotel with a fun rooftop bar and pool; a full wonderful spa (my favorite!) which has sauna, steam room, warm pool, and great treatments. Location is also fantastic! My review is a 4 because room service is restricted to same breakfast buffet option for like $20. No option for just buying a coffee and an egg for example. Breakfast is superb, gym is a little limited space wise but has everything needed for basic workouts. "Staff were welcoming and friendly. Quiet safe location. However, I had to ask three times about my complimentary bottle of wine - which was a 350ml size. The bathroom could use an upgrade as it is showing its age. The living room has no tv which means we had to sit on the bad to do work or watch TV making the living room redundant. This is one of those rare hotels where it is better to be in a room on a LOW floor, which gives you a better view of the beautiful pool and waterfall. I have stayed at hotels all over the world, and this one ranks in the top 3 for sure. "

"I enjoyed my stay at the Wyndham garden Santiago Kennedy- the rooms are comfortable, the property is good and the staff pleasant. The area around the hotel is mostly residential and quiet. There is a wonderful Mall close by with shopping and many dining options. The hop on hop off bus also starts from there and is convenient for sightseeing. "

"Standard well run American chain hotel. The view from the restaurant and deck area is very beautiful. The resturant is fine and reasonably oriced. The breakfast is the best we have had on our trip so far.My only complaint relates to glassware in the room. The housekeeping did not take the used glasses and replace them with clean glasses until I called reception to ask. "

"Pretty much all the people who works at this hotel are so nice and accommodating…the hotel is in a great neighborhood, close to a beautiful park, restaurants walk in distance and the hotel has a wonderful restaurant with a fabulous breakfast!!! not to mention parking and a pool!!!"

"This is more like a apartment style hotel. It has less staff, but the room is very clean and good size. It is located in a very nice and quite neighborhood and next to a shopping mall. Many good restaurants are in a walking distance. The staff are all very nice and helpful. The breakfast is simple and has good variety. We enjoyed our stay."
