"Good hotel in a convenient location. My room felt a bit “dated”, but it was comfortable and relatively quiet. Really good restaurant connected to the hotel, and the area around the hotel did not feel unsafe. I was here for business and my meetings were within walking distance from the hotel. "Great breakfast in restaurant, friendly, helpful and patient with me when practicing my very bad Portuguese. Well stocked fridge in room for when I was too lazy to go out to the shop. Ideally located, taxi rank round corner, supermarket, chemist and host of other shops and restaurants within walking distance. 5 mins drive from my friends house, by the end of my stay I was getting used to the scary hills. I will be back in 6 months to stay here again."

"A localização é ótima, o quarto é confortável, sendo apenas 2 beliches no quarto, os funcionários são bem educados. Contras: não tem armário com chave ou cadeado, falta organização no sistema de reserva (fui abordada algumas vezes sobre a minha reserva e cobraram em duplicidade), a cozinha é muito pequena e utilizada por muitas pessoas, incluindo funcionários, não tem copos, só tem um fogão de indução com 2 bocas, a pia e o chão da cozinha e banheiros quase sempre sujos (hóspedes não colaboram)....
