Two complaints- room got very hot at night, unable to adjust thermostat, but we cracked the window, let it cool off and closed it back bc the street noise is a lot (New York never sleeps) - only 2 working elevators for 20 floors, often had to wait for elevator"

"Yes it’s in Times Square, but let’s be honest, if you’re a tourist, it’s the perfect location. I barely had to take the subway and just walked everywhere. The rooms are spacious and clean. Definitely would stay here again. "

"Highly recommended, clean, comfortable, spacious rooms within easy walking distances to subway, attractions, food and shopping. Staff were very polite and helpful especially Edgar who couldn't do enough for us."

"My only downside was requesting my receipt via mail, but then had to call 2x and I am still waiting for my receipt so I can share with my friend the total cost of our room & vallet parking. Also- I was informed that vallet parking was $85/day, but it was $150/ in & out. Very misleading."
