"We stayed on the 18th January and the gentlemen that was on reception gave us a very warm welcome, was very polite and gave us all the information that we needed. The room and facilities was very nice, bed and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was quite dated compared to the room itself, there was a stain on the shower curtain. Good value for money."

"Nice lady checked us in. Nice & warm in all areas. Nice bedroom. Had 18 stairs to climb though, not really suitable for the elderly, so ask for a first floor room. Television a bit small for the room but had lots of channels. Quiet area so had a good sleep every night. Convenient for the Mayflower theatre & not too far to the main shopping area if you enjoy a short walk. Close to the railway station too."
