"We arrived early, and was dropping off our luggage to store until check in, but didn’t have to, as they offered to check us in early and also move our luggage’s to our room, which was amazing. They even placed us close to the elevator knowing that we had a few pieces of large luggages. A shout out to Mr. Cheung at reception (Hope I got his name right..) He was friendly and was efficient when checking us in and providing details about our stay (despite the fact that he was “training”)! Thanks...
