"When we arrived check in was smooth - we got to our room to find a King size bed rather than the twins I had requested. This was a problem as I was travelling with my 14 yr old, 6ft son. The response I got when I called was initially to blame the fact I had booked through a third party site. Had I got a response to my request? Was I prepared to pay for an upgrade? "Ticks all the boxes for an airport hotel. All services and staff in the hotel itself are excellent. But the shuttle service is quirky with poor instructions about airport pick up location for unfamiliar guests Shuttle service seems also to be involved in pick up and drop off of private tours, creating confusion for those awaiting transportation to the airport. In my experience the driver was worse than useless in explaining which bus was private and which was the airport shuttle. "
