"The hotel is unique in decor. It is older, but very clean and antique decor. I loved it. We were pleasantly surprised to get a larger room. Very close to Central Park and Museum across the street. Also subway is close. We walked to the theatre district for a play. I was so happy to find that cleaning staff found my wallet. I had left it in the safe and staff had given it to the office. "The room was very spacious and clean. It was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The kitchenette was well stocked and included two burners. Fairway maket is across the street so it would be very easy to grab groceries and cook in the room. The staff was excellent. Location is fantastic if swing a show at the Beacon. And the express subway at 72 is very close and will take you quickly to Times Square. Lots of dining options nearby. Highly recommend. "
