"Beautiful old school grand hotel. Would be perfect for a weekend getaway. I was passing through, just a one night last minute booking. The hotel had a wedding booked so the restaurant and bar were closed. The hotel staff messaged me ahead of time to warn me, but I didn’t receive in time. "Not made welcome by staff except the chiefs at breakfasts and young receptionist who made the only effort all week to communicate with our skiing group of four. Hotel heating broken room very hot first day, but no heating there after for the week however towel rail was warm in en-suite. Floors dirty and towels very shabby.
