"Overall nice place. Very good breakfast. Room was hot in the evening. It had air conditioning, but the concierge refused to turn it on. I slept with the window open and the blind rolled all the way up. Maid didn't replace towels and dirty mugs. She'd tidy the bed though."

They provide complementary afternoon tea which was a novelty for us & the Indian girl who worked at that time was very polite to all the guests taking care of everyone. Our bathroom had been renovated which worked well despite dated nature of property. Only issue we felt was the lack of sound proofing otherwise it’s an excellent option for a few nights in Venice."
