"Property was very nice. Staff were friendly and breakfast was good. Room was a good location and not bad for the size of it. Shower was tiny, tv didn’t work and it was super hot in the room. Those would be the only downfalls. The thermostat didn’t seem to work so we couldn’t cool it off at all. "

"The hotel is on the island of Lido about a 40 minute taxi boat ride away from Venice. We didn't realize just how far away it is, it's not a convenient place to visit Venice. HOWEVER, the hotel is Beautiful and is literally on the beach. There is something about walking along the shore of the Adriatic Sea. The beds were comfortable, and rooms large for Italy. "

"From the start it was 5 star quality customer service. They let us check in early and drop our luggage in the room so we could enjoy our day. The room was very clean. We used the provided house slippers and enjoyed the complimentary water and made tea using the kettle and tea bag provided. The concierge was very helpful. He let us know that the hotel had complimentary water taxi to Murano and we took advantage. We did go on our own to Burano and had a lovely complimentary breakfast . Only issue...
