"Perfect for me as a solo traveler. The hotel provided perfect instructions on how to find hotel, took 2 mins from waterbus stop. Shower was extremely small though. Be prepared for stairs but staff was awesome on taking my luggage to and from room. Breakfast was good and fresh. Front desk staff was wonderful on providing dinner and things to do nearby suggestions"

"Excellent place to stay in Venice, especially if, like me you do not like being at a hotel that is right in the midst of all the crowds and tourists. This hotel is perfect as it was very convenient to the water taxis, and easy enough to walk. It was also very convenient to get to the train station walking with our luggage. "Great little boutique hotel. Its on a canal that is busy and was noisy over the weekend. Like in America, teenage boys out cruising the canals with music blasting. The bed was squeaky and a bit firm for our comfort, but the room was large and very nice. The staff was excellent and very attentive.
