"A perfect place to stay in Chiang Mai. Central to temples, markets, coffee shops, and restaurants, all in walking distance. The husband and wife who run the coffee shop and hotel are very friendly and helpful. The patio area is perfect for relaxing with a coffee or eating breakfast. Beds are firm and the area was fairly quiet. The breakfast was very, very good and filling. I would absolutely stay here again. "

The only thing I'd mention that could be a negative is that there are no elevators so if you're in the 3rd floor, it's a bit of a chore getting to your room late at night when you're feeling good, if you know what i mean. But that's the only complaint. I love this place. I stayed two different times while in Chiang Mai. 100% worth the price. "

Breakfast prepared freshly each morning at any time, plus the one evening meal we had on site was again freshly cooked and excellent quality. Nice touch is golf buggy that can be used at anytime to drop you off and pick up anywhere within old city walls. "

"Cute boutique with restaurant on site. Hotel is in heart of old town but its still quiet and very safe to walk around and easy to take grab everywhere. We enjoyed having breakfast in the restaurant and watched locals go on with their dairy lives. We also appreciated how helpful and kind all the staff were. The only thing did not like about hotel was no view, no windows or balcony from room but other then that enjoyed 4 days stay. "

There is security guard at night since there is no enclosed lobby, anyone can use the elevator. Only complaint I had was some nice. Not great noise isolation. Some construction outside. Still overall, great location, cool looks, nice place and pleasant stay. "
