"The studio apartment I was in had everything I needed, i.e. fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, iron, washing machine and dryer. However, the exceptional customer service from all the staff from Thalia, Carol and Russell at the front desk and also the friendly, respectful and helpful cleaning staff like Lalita and Samjhana made my stay memorable. I appreciate your efforts and hard work."

"Great location and in spite of its proximity to the motorway, room was very quiet. Having the supermarket 3 minutes walk away is also very convenient. The dishwasher wasn’t working and they knew this when they put me in the room so that was a touch annoying but once I reported the issue, house keeping kindly washed up all the dirty dishes in the dishwasher. "
