"While all was excellent, it would have been great to have access to the room service menu in n the restaurant/bar. I ordered ribs and chips in my room that were outstanding. Your buffalo wings are poor. They’re not done right. I think the sauce may have been spiced with curry, YUK!!!"

"2 guys on the reception were very friendly and we had a good laugh. Excellent value. Bang on Hyde Park and just a few minutes' walk to The Royal Albert Hall for my night out. Only problem was that I didn't know Hyde Park closes at night, and I had to walk around it to get home. I made up for my disappointment of having to walk further the night before, by shouting at a Snobby Sloane and her daughter, to pick up her dog's turd, whilst they were pretending not to notice it was having a plop, in Hyde Park."

"Great location and we were delighted with an upgrade to a garden view room which could be renamed Awesome London Eye view room. Cosy and lovely room with everything needed for a luxurious night away in London. We will be booking again. "

"Airport hotels are generally not my favorite place to stay, but Sofitel at Heathrow feels surprisingly homey. High end feel of the room somehow got mixed with a feel of an apartment. Restaurants onsite are great."
