"If you're looking for a cheap and easy to get to place for your trip to Heathrow airport in the morning then look no further. It's a bog standard room with a bed and bathroom. What else could you ask for? There's a really nice pub around the corner which gives decent portions sizes too"

"When we asked about why our room isn’t cooling down, we were told it’s controlled by the hotel. We didn’t understand why the temperature of the room is controlled by the hotel and not the guests, this should be controlled by the guest not the hotel. Our room was too warm for our comfort, and every time we went down to the front and tried to ask about getting a fan, the bar was super busy with a long line.
