"The staff are stuck up, the checking in was sooooo slooow, the hotel was top top class the staff were polite and hard working except the one at the desk,the room cleaning service is top, the breakfast was just out of this world anything you wish for is at the buffets ive never seen any hotel like this, its very close to the haram, it has its own small shopping center but just clothes and perfume shops, caffe are all a step away from the hotel the exchange rate also, taxis are available at all time overall was 5 star every penny was worth it, will definitely stay here again."

"The staff at the reception was very welcoming just 1 guy the rest look miserable, he welcomed my family with a big smile and he ungraded our room to the biggest room at the hotel i was so pleased will definitely stay again because of this member of staff, the hotel is a step a way from the prophet pbah mosque they are many taxis available outside the hotel also small shopping center and the hotel is surrounded by many shops, the breakfast was outstanding this pull man hotel is your money worth than the one in makah the one in makah is outdated the bathroom need reall renovation and the bedrooms but the one in madinah is another story is really looked afrer top class hotel."
