"We had a magnificent time in these lovely guest quarters: spacious, comfortable, immaculate, fully equipped – and with stunning views across the countryside. Our delightful hosts, Wendy and Ian, were always available to answer questions or provide information. The property is close to Cardiff and other areas of interest such as St. Fagan's National Museum of History. We have stayed in many VRBO rentals, but this one was among the very best!"

"We spent two nights at this fabulous holiday cottage. Every room was beautifully decorated even down to the radiators. Lovely views across the farm to the Severn bridge in the distance which is lit up at night. Fresh milk and delicious ice cream is available to purchase from the vending machines on the farm. This is by far the best holiday cottage we have ever stayed at the only thing missing for us was a socket with a usb port as we forgot our phone charger plug! We will definitely be back to...

"We had a fantastic family holiday here. The house was very comfortable and clean and well appointed. Our grandson particularly appreciated the Brio Train Set and all the Lego....not to mention the Tarzan Swing along the lane. Our welcome pack was the best I have ever had. The situation is just beautiful and for us, just perfect for visiting our family in Barry. Only thing to flag up, as we arrived in the dark, we were looking for the Yellow Grit Bin, which isn't there now!!!! It didn't matter...

"The property (inside and out) was spotlessly clean and very well presented with very tasteful decor. Fixtures and fittings were of good quality and the kitchen, bed and particularly the shower were excellent. A nice touch was the fire which was 'ready to light' with extra wood supplied too. "We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Welsh Marches. The property was very clean and modern with great facilities. The view from our cottage was beautiful and such a lovely view to wake up to. Our 2 year old German Shepherd had plenty of room and was extremely comfortable the whole stay which was a worry of mine! My only criticism is the WiFi was quite slow but it wasn’t too much of a problem. The surrounding areas were beautiful and there were so many walks to go on which was so enjoyable....

"Modern interior, well equipped and a superb location. Be aware that the third single bedroom is located away from the other bedrooms which may be unsuitable for younger children. Our four year old wasn't to keen on sleeping there. But she enjoy the rest of the building and surrounding area. We would come again."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Spring Cottage. It is situated at the end of a quiet lane with fantastic views over the Wye Valley. The cottage is decorated to a very high standard with a lovely garden. There are lots of interesting walks that you can start from the cottage. It was spotlessly clean and was well equipped. "Excellent! Great communication from Richard. Phone call to check we were happy with the entry instructions. Everything was left for us to access the property with our emailed instructions. The apartment had a great location, easy walk into town but in a quiet street so away from the noise. Not far from the castle and park also. The apartment was spotlessly clean with lovely towels and bedding. We were very impressed and will definitely recommend it to others and will come back to stay...

"Excellent communication throughout. Fantastic location,easy walk to city centre or no6 bus almost outside the door or a boat trip round the bay and up the Taff to the Principality Stadium. Apartment was spacious and had everything we needed, with so much choice of eateries on the doorstep at Mermaids Quay no cooking was necessary but there was a full sized oven, microwave and toaster in the kitchen. "
