"Amazing room, property and staff! We had a lovely stay at Tokyo Station Hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful, going out of their way to help us buy our Narita Express tickets and even helping us navigate to the train. Everyone was so kind and helpful. "I spent 10 days in Tokyo with a friend at Hotel Niwa in one of their tatami rooms with two twin beds. This room was perfect and gave us the space to lay out all our luggage. For a hotel extremely close to a train line, it was surprisingly quiet as well!
