"Amazing room, property and staff! We had a lovely stay at Tokyo Station Hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful, going out of their way to help us buy our Narita Express tickets and even helping us navigate to the train. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I highly recommend this beautiful, historic hotel to everyone."

"This hotel has a great location, excellent service, and comfortable rooms. I stayed twice on my most recent trip to Tokyo, once at the beginning of the trip and once at the end. During my stays, I ate at the tempura restaurant, the teppanyaki restaurant, and the sushi restaurant. The first two were excellent and enjoyable. The same was not true of the sushi restaurant. The overall atmosphere was highly unwelcoming. The head sushi chef spent his time drinking sake with Japanese customers...
