On arrival despite a panic alarm having been sounded elsewhere in the property the staff member was calm, professional and friendly throughout. "When we got there we were told that the lift was out of order and our room was on the third floor. My brother walks with a stick and the receptionist (Liam) immediately sorted out a room on the first floor and took our bags up (even though I could have taken mine, bless him). The restaurant does a great Sunday lunch and in the evening sitting in the bar playing cards or yahtzee enjoying their snacks and looking out over the bay, was most enjoyable. It is beachside and less than a five-ten minute...

The hair bobble on the key for the padlock, for the lockers, was not the best look, for a Hilton hotel. Room was very basic for the money. Staff were friendly & polite. "

The hotel offerd to change rooms if we wanted but also gave us a complimentary breakfast for two nights. This was a bonus. Would stay here again.
