"Hotel is in a good location, easy to walk to main amenities.. The staff are very smart and attentive, particular thanks to Gary who is wonderful we got a lovely welcome from the him when we arrived. Also Kyan looked after us on reception. Breakfast was lovely with a good choice. Room was comfy and good facilities. We used the Spa which is really nice with a good sized pool. Would definitely recommend."

"There was a significant delay on my breakfast arriving, i had only ordered advado on toast, it came with an egg. Which i hasn't asked for ( i have allergy), ended up leaving it as running late "

"Great location very near Piccadilly station. Modern and stylish rooms Bar prices are a little excessive but that’s hotels everywhere these days One piece of advice I would offer is that the Hotels car park road post code on sat nav’s is different to the entrance road entrance and due to the 1 way system and no right turns off after the A57 it’s difficult to locate. Hotel booking should make this clearer on its confirmations to guests and Expedia should reference this as well. Otherwise everything was fine."
