"Great hotel"

"Went with a friend for overnight stay in Brighton. The parking was easy (under the hotel); the staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated at the edge of the Lanes, lots of good restaurants nearby, it is on the sea front so lovely walks along the Promenade. The pier is just over the road. The swimming pool is small. Breakfast is really good - complete with someone cooking fresh pancakes and omelettes. "

"Loved the hotel, the location, and the beautiful architecture. I upgraded to an ocean view, which may have been a mistake—lots of hooting and hollering outside my window until 2 or 3 a.m. I get that this is Brighton and people want to party, but damn! The next morning made it pretty clear the streets had been well-celebrated. That said, I’d definitely stay here again—just won’t go for the ocean view next time! "
